Disney World lodging is abundant and ranges from luxury to budget. There are several resorts within the park operated by Disney, hotels within the park operated by Hilton, Holiday Inn, and others, then there are dozens of motels, hotels, and condos in the general area that cater to Disney World visitors. It all boils down to price and convenience when choosing Disney World lodging.
Some people dont care about fancy, thoughtfully decorated hotel rooms. They only want a clean room to shower and sleep in. For them, there are many budget hotels and motels surrounding the park. I saw rooms advertised for as little as $29 a night, per person. Most of these places offer free shuttle rides to and from the park.
Other people want luxury, convenience, and quick access to the theme parks. The Disney resorts are some of the greatest theme hotels outside of Las Vegas. You can stay in an authentic looking African game lodge overlooking the faux African plain, or you can be right on the golf course or water, your choice. Ante bellum mansions, to New England sea cottages, and log cabins round out the choices.
A World of Disney World Lodging
Choice is always a good thing, but can be confounding. With so many choices of Disney World lodging and prices, how can one possibly make a decision. There are very well written guides on the Internet that can help you tremendously when choosing the right accommodations at Walt Disney World.
